Domestic couple for villa in Carrara Tuscany

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced domestic couple to manage and maintain a villa in Carrara, which includes a beautiful garden and pool. The family consists of two young children: a 9.5-year-old girl and a 3.5-year-old boy. This position requires the management of the entire household, including cleaning, meal preparation, and outdoor maintenance.
Responsibilities:
House Management: Full responsibility for the upkeep of the 350 sqm villa, ensuring the home is tidy, clean, and organized.
Cleaning: High-level cleaning and daily upkeep of all areas in the home, including bedrooms, common areas, and bathrooms.
Cooking: Prepare balanced, healthy meals for the family, with experience in cooking for young children a plus.
Laundry & Wardrobe Management: Manage laundry, ironing, and organizing the family’s clothing. The laundry area is in a separate space with an independent entrance.
Childcare Assistance: Light assistance with the children as needed, such as playtime, supervision, and meal preparation.
Garden & Pool Care: Maintain the garden and pool, ensuring both are kept in great condition throughout the year.
Other Household Tasks: Assisting with errands, shopping, and general home management.
Ideal Candidates:
Previous experience as domestic staff in a similar role with verifiable references.
Strong cooking skills, able to prepare nutritious family meals.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable with both indoor and outdoor tasks (cleaning, gardening, pool maintenance).
A valid driver’s license is required.
Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for weekend tasks.
