Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing daily diary
- Handling travel logistics, including the preparation of complex itineraries, organizing family holidays and coordinating with private charter operators
- Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
- Household purchases / returns and credit card / account reconciliations
- Basic book keeping and managing household bills
- Keeping an accurate art inventory and making sure it is insured accordingly
- Making all health insurance claims and following up on reimbursements
- Liaising with schools/tutor/nanny and supporting with educational and extracurricular planning
- Performing general concierge duties
- Overseeing household staff and staff schedules
- Undertaking ad hoc personal errands
- Assisting with event planning
